Pixipie is an AI marketing platform for growing businesses that helps you plan, create, automate, and publish social content—and reply to Google reviews—from one dashboard.

You rewrite the same lines every week: WhatsApp number, Sunday hours, “walk-ins welcome in Kothrud,” “prices inclusive of GST.” Then a festival arrives and you also rewrite “May this Dussehra bring…” fifteen times with three different spellings of your area. Busy Indian owners do not need more clever captions. They need a small bank of **reusable caption blocks**—approved once, pasted often, reviewed always.

Pixipie is an AI marketing platform for small businesses that helps you plan, create, automate, and publish social content—and reply to Google reviews—from one dashboard. This workflow sits on top of Ask Pixi and the [AI Post Creator](/features/ai-post-creator): AI drafts the story; you lock the facts. It complements—not replaces—[social media automation](/resources/social-media-automation-for-small-businesses).

## Why owners lose an hour to the same paragraph

Without a snippet bank, every draft becomes a memory test:

- Is the WhatsApp number still the business line?
- Did hours change for Gandhi Jayanti?
- Is the festival greeting respectful or copy-paste spam?
- Did the AI invent a discount again?

Reusable blocks fix the repeating part. They do not replace judgement. You still delete bad offers. You still sound like yourself in the opening lines—see [social hooks that sound like the owner](/blog/social-hooks-that-sound-like-the-owner).

## Build a bank of five to eight blocks

Keep them in a note you control (and mirror key facts in Business Context). Name them so a tired brain can find them:

1. **Hours block** — weekdays, weekends, closed days. Update when festivals change timings.
2. **Location block** — neighbourhood and city (“Near X signal, Indore”). Skip full postal essays unless delivery needs them.
3. **WhatsApp CTA** — exact number, what to message (“WhatsApp 98XXXX for appointments”).
4. **Soft visit CTA** — walk-in window without fake urgency.
5. **Festival greeting shell** — one respectful line with a blank for festival name; never auto-attach a discount.
6. **Disclaimer** — “Prices may change; confirm on WhatsApp” when that is true for your trade.
7. **Hiring line** (optional) — role and how to apply, kept factual.
8. **Review thank-you** (optional) — short line you append when quoting a Google review you already replied to.

Write each block in the language you actually publish—Hindi, English, or Hinglish—and keep a second language version only if you truly use both.

## Rules that keep blocks honest

- **One owner of truth.** If hours change, update the hours block the same day. Do not leave stale Sundays in a Diwali week.
- **No prices inside greeting shells.** Prices belong in offer posts with dates. Greeting blocks stay greetings.
- **No invented scarcity.** “Only 2 slots left” is not a reusable line unless inventory is checked every time.
- **CTA must be staffed.** If you will not answer WhatsApp after 8 p.m., do not paste a 24×7 claim.
- **Review before publish.** Blocks reduce typing; they do not skip the [AI social post review checklist](/blog/ai-social-post-review-checklist-before-publish).

## How to use blocks in a normal week

1. Draft the unique story in [AI Post Creator](/features/ai-post-creator)—offer, tip, or festive note.
2. Edit the opening so it sounds like you.
3. Paste the hours / WhatsApp / location block at the end when useful.
4. For festive weeks, use the greeting shell once, then add a separate offer post if needed—same split as in the [October festive calendar](/blog/october-festive-social-calendar-indian-smbs).
5. Place the approved caption on the [Content Planner](/features/content-planner) for Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn slots you monitor.
6. If you are adapting one story across networks, keep blocks identical so facts do not drift—see [repurpose one shop story](/blog/repurpose-one-shop-story-across-social-networks).

## Examples you can steal and rewrite

**Hours block (example structure):**
Mon–Sat 10:00–19:30 · Sun closed · [City neighbourhood]. Festival hours announced on this page.

**WhatsApp CTA:**
WhatsApp [number] with your name and preferred time. We reply during shop hours.

**Festival shell:**
Wishing our [city] customers a peaceful [festival]. We are [open/closed] on [date] — message us before you visit.

Replace brackets with truth. Do not publish the brackets.

## Where Business Context ends and blocks begin

Business Context teaches Ask Pixi who you are: services, tone, city. Caption blocks are the **footer facts** you refuse to let the model freestyle. When Context says you are in Jaipur but a draft invents Mumbai hours, the hours block is your safety rail. Keep Context updated; keep blocks shorter than a paragraph so they stay paste-friendly.

Brand visuals follow the same discipline: reusable logo treatment via [brand watermarks](/features/brand-watermarks) and assets in the [media library](/features/media-library). Text blocks and visual marks together stop “almost our brand” posts.

## Google review replies get blocks too

Review replies need tone more than footers, but a short thank-you line and a corrected-hours line help when reviews mention timing. Draft replies with [Google review replies](/features/google-review-replies), then paste only verified corrections. Never paste a marketing offer into a complaint thread unless you mean to honour it publicly.

## Campaigns and blocks

Multi-day festive or offer runs in [AI Campaigns](/features/ai-campaigns) still need the same footers. Build the campaign creatives, then apply the WhatsApp and hours blocks during approval so day three does not invent a new number. Human checkpoints stay mandatory.

## What not to turn into a block

- Full educational carousels (those should stay unique)
- One-off crisis statements
- Personal stories that only happened once
- Competitor digs or copied slogans

Blocks are for facts and recurring CTAs—not for automating your entire personality.

## Where Pixipie fits

Pixipie keeps drafting, planning, and publishing in one place so your snippet bank is not trapped in five apps. Use Business Context for identity, AI Post Creator for drafts, Content Planner for timing, Campaigns for sequences, and review replies for reputation. Plan names and rupee pricing stay on the live [pricing](/pricing) page. For India-wide festive and INR context, keep [AI marketing for Indian small businesses](/resources/ai-marketing-for-indian-small-businesses) handy.

Reusable caption blocks will not make you famous. They will stop you from publishing the wrong WhatsApp number on Dussehra eve—and that is the kind of marketing win owners actually feel.
