Data Deletion Instructions

1. Overview

You have full control over your data on Pixipie, including data connected via Facebook, Instagram, or WhatsApp Business integrations. This page explains how to permanently delete your account and associated data.

2. Delete via Your Account

1. Log in to app.pixipie.com.
2. Go to Settings → Security.
3. Click Delete Account and confirm when prompted.

Once confirmed, your account, OAuth tokens, and linked social/WhatsApp data are permanently deleted from our servers immediately.

3. Delete via Email Request

1. Email hello@pixipie.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request."
2. Include the email address associated with your account.
3. We will send a verification request within 48 hours. Once verified, we will delete all associated data within 7 business days.

4. What Gets Deleted

• Account profile, email, and settings.
• OAuth access tokens and linked social media account data.
• Content, drafts, and media created through Pixipie.
• Usage and activity logs.
• WhatsApp Chat Agent conversation data.

Some data may be retained briefly in encrypted backups or where required by law (e.g., financial records for tax compliance), after which it is deleted or anonymized.
