Data Deletion Instructions

1. Introduction

At Pixipie, we value your privacy and offer you full control over your data. If you've connected your Facebook or Instagram account with Pixipie and wish to delete your data from our system, you can do this directly from your dashboard.

2. How to Delete Your Pixipie Account and Data

1. Login to your Pixipie account
2. Go to Settings → Security
3. Click on "Delete Account"
4. Confirm the deletion when prompted

Once confirmed, your account and all associated data, including access tokens and linked social media data, will be permanently deleted from our servers immediately.

3. Alternative Method: Email Request

If you have connected your Facebook or Instagram account to Pixipie and wish to delete your data from our system, please follow the instructions below.

How to Request Data Deletion

To delete your account and associated data:

1. Send an email to hello@pixipie.com
2. Include the subject line: Data Deletion Request
3. Provide the email address you used to sign up

4. What Data Gets Deleted

• Account Information: Your profile data, email address, and account settings
• Social Media Connections: Access tokens and linked social media account data
• Content Data: Any posts, drafts, or content created through Pixipie
• Usage Analytics: Your activity logs and usage patterns
• Chat Data: Any conversations with our AI Chat Agent
