Payment Information

  • If you subscribe to a paid plan, credit/debit card or other billing information is processed securely by our payment processor (we do not store full card numbers).

  • Pages visited, features used (Post Creator, Auto Scheduler, Pixi Copilot, Chat Agent, Smart Insights, Social Connecter), timestamps, and interaction logs (pixipie.com).

  • Session cookies for authentication, preferences cookies to remember settings, and analytics cookies (e.g., Google Analytics) to help us understand site performance.

C. Data from Third‑Party Integrations

  • If you enable our WhatsApp Chat Agent, message transcripts and metadata (timestamps, phone numbers) are collected to power the AI‑driven responses.
