These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and Pixipie ("Pixipie," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of the Pixipie platform, including Post Creator, Pixi AI Campaign, Social Connecter, Smart Insights, Pixi Copilot, and Chat Agent (collectively, the "Service").
By creating an account or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. For material changes, we will provide at least 15 days' notice by email or in-app notice before the changes take effect. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance.
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use the Service. The Service is intended for business, professional, and creator use, not for personal use by minors.
Pixipie provides AI-assisted marketing tools, including AI content generation, post scheduling, multi-platform social account management, and analytics. Additional features (such as WhatsApp-based messaging automation) may be introduced in the future and will be governed by these Terms once launched, with any feature-specific terms communicated at that time. Specific features may be added, changed, or removed over time.
We will make reasonable efforts to notify active paying users of material feature removals in advance where practicable. We may suspend the Service for maintenance, security, or legal reasons with as much notice as is reasonably possible under the circumstances.
You must provide accurate registration information, keep your credentials confidential, and notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
You retain ownership of content you create or upload ("Your Content"). You grant Pixipie a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, and process Your Content solely to operate and provide the Service to you — this license does not include using Your Content to train shared or third-party AI models unless you separately opt in (see Privacy Policy, Section 3).
Content generated using Post Creator, AI Campaign, or Pixi Copilot is produced by artificial intelligence and may be:
You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, fact-checking, and approving any AI-generated content before publishing it. Pixipie makes no warranty that AI-generated output is accurate, original, or free of third-party rights, and disclaims liability for consequences of publishing AI-generated content without your own review.
When you use AI Campaign, Pixipie generates a draft post approximately 6 hours before its scheduled time and sends you a review notification. If you take no action, the draft will be automatically published to your connected accounts at the scheduled time — you do not need to click "approve" for it to go live. You may reject or edit any draft before its scheduled time through your dashboard or the review email.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section.
The Service integrates with third-party platforms (Meta/Instagram/Facebook/WhatsApp, LinkedIn, X, payment processors, etc.). Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms. You, not Pixipie, are responsible for ensuring your use of automated posting or messaging complies with each platform's own policies — including the risk that a platform may suspend or restrict your account for its own policy reasons, which is outside our control. We are not liable for outages, API changes, or account actions taken by third-party platforms.
The Service itself — software, design, branding, and underlying technology — is owned by Pixipie or its licensors and protected by applicable IP law. You may not copy, resell, sublicense, or reverse-engineer the Service without our written permission.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or fully secure operation.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Pixipie and its owner from third-party claims, damages, and reasonable legal costs arising from: (a) Your Content, (b) your use of the Service in violation of these Terms, or (c) your violation of applicable law or third-party rights. This does not apply to claims arising solely from our breach of these Terms or applicable law.
If you believe content on Pixipie infringes your copyright, email hello@pixipie.com with a description of the work, the allegedly infringing material, and your contact details, and we will investigate and take appropriate action.
Either party may terminate at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts for violation of these Terms, non-payment, or legal requirement, with notice where reasonably practicable. Sections that by nature survive termination (ownership, disclaimers, liability limits, indemnification, governing law) continue to apply.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Before initiating formal legal proceedings, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute informally by contacting hello@pixipie.com and allowing 30 days for resolution. If unresolved, disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.
