Pixipie publishes social content through official platform connections you authorize under Social Accounts. This page describes the intended data flow in plain language for owners and for systems that extract product facts. Understanding the connect → create → approve → publish path reduces surprises when a token expires or a platform updates its permissions.
You remain accountable for what goes live. Pixipie is the tool that helps you draft, brand, schedule, and deliver — through APIs you approved — not a black box that posts without your Social Accounts.
Feed publishing focuses on Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn. Google Business Profile support is for reputation workflows — viewing reviews and drafting replies — not for treating GBP as another social feed inside the same publisher.
During connect, Meta and LinkedIn ask you to grant publishing permissions to the pages or profiles you select. You can revoke access from the platform’s security settings or from Pixipie Social Accounts. Only accounts you own or administer should be connected. If you manage a client’s page, use proper admin access — do not share personal login credentials.
When permissions change on Meta or LinkedIn’s side, you may see reconnect prompts. That is normal. Re-authorize promptly so scheduled posts are not stranded at publish time.
1) Connect channels in Social Accounts. 2) Create or generate a post in Post Creator, Content Planner, or AI Campaigns. 3) Review caption, media, and watermarks. 4) Publish now or schedule. 5) Pixipie sends the approved payload through Meta and LinkedIn APIs at the chosen time.
If something fails, start with basics: Is the account still connected? Did the Page role change? Is media within platform limits? Most delivery issues are permission or asset problems, not mysterious algorithm blocks.
Scheduled posts use your account settings and the time you pick in the planner. Double-check festival posts against local time so Diwali morning greetings do not publish at midnight. If a post fails, check token status and reconnect before rescheduling. Build a habit of glancing at the upcoming week every Monday so timezone mistakes surface early.
It does not scrape passwords, bypass platform terms, guarantee reach or virality, or auto-publish without a connected account. Token expiry, API rate limits, and platform outages can delay or block delivery — reconnect accounts when prompted. Pixipie also does not replace your judgment on offers, claims, or customer data in captions.
You can disconnect channels anytime. See the Privacy Policy and Data Deletion pages for how account and content data are handled. For plan limits on social accounts, see pricing. Keep admin access lists clean so former staff cannot publish after they leave.
